Refunds will be credited to the account used for purchase if
the following 2 conditions are met:
- New - Unopened. Unused. Full Refund less shipping.
- Like-New – Packaging opened or missing. Item is
undamaged, clean and resalable. 90% refund less shipping.
- Please allow 10 business days to process returns and
credit accounts. A copy of the credit transaction is sent
via e-mail.
Return Authorization Codes
expire 30 days after they are issued, so please send your return
immediately to the address provided after arrangements have been
made with a Customer Service Representative. We recommend using
a shipping method that provides tracking so you can check the
status of your return. Please allow at least 10 business days
from receipt of return for credits to be issued. |
